Fantastic location just minutes from Ambleside. My room was spacious with a lovely view, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Steve and Tina provided a warm welcome. Breakfast had a great selection, including Cumbrian options, and the homemade jams were a real treat. Limited parking at the guesthouse but a parking pass makes it easy to find a spot nearby. A minor issue with the room temperature was resolved quickly with an extra heater, showing their commitment to comfort. The charming decor added character, but some areas of the building showed wear, particularly the carpets.

I absolutely loved my recent stay! The Premier Arabian Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast choices were delightful. I couldn't get enough of the fresh fruits and homemade jams! Although the parking was somewhat limited, I'd definitely choose this place again.

Delicious locally sourced breakfast with excellent variety.
While the room was clean and cozy, I encountered an issue with the parking situation that felt really inconvenient. The limited space available on-site created unnecessary stress, especially during busy times. I found the noise from the main road quite disruptive, which could be easily alleviated with better soundproofing.

Couple's Getaway with a Twist
Had a lovely experience here, the comfy bed made a huge difference after long days of walking. The homemade jams at breakfast? Out of this world, I ended up buying a few to take home.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable in the end.

Perfect spot for solo travelers
I had a lovely stay in the twin room, it was spacious and the shower was a real treat after those long walks. Breakfast was a standout! Steve's full English was delicious, and I went back for seconds on Tina's homemade jams, they were totally out of this world!
It wasn't exactly affordable but honestly, it was reasonable for what you get.
